Your responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership to ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of the Business Unit

• Developing and implementing financial strategies, conducting performance analysis, and providing accurate financial reporting to support decision-making processes. 

• Collaboration with division controlling and business unit team to drive profitability, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with financial regulations & company policies

Qualifications

Who we are looking for•    A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field •    Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting•    Experience in financial planning, budgeting, & analysis within a manufacturing context•    Familiarity with accounting principles and practices, including French GAAP or IFRS•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English to convey financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders •    Strong analytical, problem-solving and big data skills to navigate through our data-driven landscape, interpret financial data and make informed decisions

Ideally, you will also have•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of financial tasks and reporting •    Strong ethical standards & integrity in handling financial information & compliance with regulations•    Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
