Come Airbus Helicopters Italia siamo all’avanguardia nella manutenzione di base e di linea degli elicotteri. Siamo un Centro di Addestramento Airbus Helicopter e Safran H.E, dotati di una struttura CAMO che ci permette di garantire ai clienti la continua navigabilità dei loro mezzi. Grazie alla nostra Design Organization, ci occupiamo anche della loro personalizzazione.La persona ricercata sarà inserita all’interno del dipartimento Finance, alle dirette dipendenze del Senior Controller e sarà un punto di riferimento fondamentale per lo sviluppo del controllo di gestione secondo le direttrici condivise e per curare la correttezza del flusso informativo per il monitoraggio delle performance economiche delle nostre attività.
Cerchiamo una persona proattiva e con una solida preparazione, in grado di supportare l&39;azienda nelle decisioni strategiche attraverso un&39;analisi accurata dei dati.Le principali responsabilità includeranno, ma non si limiteranno a:- Supportare la corretta imputazione contabile e analitica
- Verifica della correttezza delle informazioni analitiche del ciclo passivo e del ciclo attivo;
- Supervisione alla gestione cespiti (planning – actual) e coordinamento del relativo processo planning forecast
- Iniziale supporto nella preparazione della reportistica periodica e successiva gestione intotale autonomia in termini di preparazione ed analisi;
- Partecipazione per quanto di competenza al processo di closing mensile;
- Iniziale supporto al presidio del processo di budget e forecast per successiva gestione in autonomia;
- Monitoraggio dell’andamento delle commesse assegnate dal punto di vista di business performance e cost controlling;
- Manutenzione e implementazione processi informatici a supporto del CdG (CPM, BI,….) e della contabilità
Come convincerci- Laurea in economia;
- Comprovata esperienza di almeno 4 anni nel ruolo, maturata in contesti produttivi su commessa, meglio se di medio – lungo periodo;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buona conoscenza delle logiche di funzionamento moderni ERP (SAP, Navision, Oracle, etc.);
- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti informatici a supporto della pianificazione e controllo
- Affidabilità, precisione, buone doti relazionali e comunicative oltre che propensione al lavoro per obiettivi e forte attitudine per l’aggiornamento continuo completano il profilo.

As Airbus Helicopters Italia, we are at the forefront of base and line maintenance for helicopters. We are an Airbus Helicopter and Safran H.E. Training Center, equipped with a CAMO structure that allows us to guarantee the continuous airworthiness of our customers&39; aircraft. Thanks to our Design Organization, we also handle their customization.The person sought will be included within the Finance department, reporting directly to the Senior Controller, and will be a fundamental point of reference for the development of management control according to shared guidelines and for managing the correctness of the information flow for monitoring the economic performance of our activities.We are looking for a proactive person with a solid background, able to support the company in strategic decisions through accurate data analysis.What You Will Be Responsible For: - Support correct accounting and analytical allocation
- Verification of the correctness of analytical information for the accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles;
- Supervision of fixed asset management (planning – actual) and coordination of the related planning forecast process;
- Initial support in the preparation of periodic reporting and subsequent management in total autonomy in terms of preparation and analysis;
- Participation, as far as relevant, in the monthly closing process;
- Initial support for the oversight of the budget and forecast process for subsequent autonomous management;
- Monitoring the progress of assigned orders from the perspective of business performance and cost controlling;
- Maintenance and implementation of IT processes supporting management control (CPM, BI,...) and accounting
How to Impress Us (Requirements)- Degree in Economics;
- Proven experience of at least 4 years in the role, gained in job-order production environments, preferably of a medium-long term nature;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Good knowledge of the functional logic of modern ERPs (SAP, Navision, Oracle, etc.);
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools supporting planning and control;
- Reliability, precision, good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a focus on objective-based work and a strong attitude for continuous updating complete the profile.
