The eBusiness Channel Program Specialist is responsible for developing and deploying digital programs and tools designed by eBusiness as part of its Distribution growth strategy.
This position is responsible for driving alignment of channel digital business strategy and processes across EMEA region including MyParker, eCommerce, content syndication in alignment with the Channel leadership.
Candidate chosen for this role can be based anywhere in EMEA region.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of digital initiatives and processes in the EMEA region such as Content Syndication, MyParker.
- Set-up partnership with key digital distributors to optimize products listings and set-up yearly promotion plan.
- Establish and evaluate KPI for programs launched digitally with key distribution groups
- Create and track project plans and timelines; ensures all deliverables and milestones are met per the agreed upon project scope.
- Maintain and communicate project risk and issues registry; Hold weekly and Biweekly meetings as necessary.
- Encourage participation, ensures that all concerned are appropriately involved, creates a stable working environment; clarifies the decision-making process and tracks action items to closure.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree preferably in Business or Marketing. MBA preferred.
- 5 years of related experience in digital/interactive spaneting, online communications, e-commerce and/or website content development, database spaneting, internet-related customer promotions.
- Expertise and knowledge in interactive spaneting, website, e-commerce tools, trends and technologies.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Proven understanding of the buying and sales cycle and how integrated spaneting and digital communications initiatives can support the business objectives.
- Fluent in English

- Highly organized, creative, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and self-disciplined personality
- Organizational, planning, prioritization and project management skills.
