JOB SUMMARY:

Lead overall Organization Change Management (OCM) initiatives at Dassault Falcon Jet-Little Rock, focusing upon work stream change initiatives and providing oversight of change program strategy and planning. Oversees all aspects of change to ensure employee understanding of organizational sensitivities, value, impact, expectations, and required training deliverables to enhance the probability of attaining company and project objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelors Degree in Education, Training, Organizational Change or Development. May substitute equivalent amounts of directly related experience for education (2 years of directly related experience 1 year towards degree requirement)

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational change or communications role

· Previous experience in project management and/or group dynamics environment

· Ability to manage OCM initiatives for multiple projects/portfolios

· Strong communication skills, both oral and written (clear, concise, technical to specifications)

· Ability to present self and subject matter in a professional manner

· Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with senior management, peers, and employees

· General knowledge of state and federal employment guidelines

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience using Prosci Change Management Methodology

· Advanced degree (MBA, etc.)

  • Experience in aviation industry

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Typical office and manufacturing environments.

· Must be able to work for long periods at a computer terminal.

· Travel by surface and air, including international, may be required.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

· Develop structured communication plans at both the organizational and project level

· Collaborate with Project Managers to conduct project assessments and change impact analysis

· Collaborate with Senior Management to establish and refine OCM strategy

· Assist with execution of overall change enablement activities across all OCM work streams: Change Leadership/Stakeholder Engagement & Communications; Organization Design, Impact Alignment & Transition Management; Learning & Knowledge Transfer, and Value Realization

· Work with program leadership to define go-live readiness scorecard

· Interface with the project team and other employees in support of stakeholder engagement and communication plan execution

· Provide clear and direct feedback to Project Management and stakeholders

· Provide specific communication support

· Manage OCM deliverables, execution, quality, and completeness

· Oversee the development of courseware, insuring proper content and format

· Identify risk to the program and help with risk mitigation on a proactive basis

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The compensation for this position typically falls between $80,000 and 115,000. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
