Description
As a Systems Specialist, you will scope, collect and analyse business requirement for the new Loyalty system (QLAS 2.0). The Systems
specialist will be in charge of collecting systems requirements from all stake holders within loyalty and analyzing the same. The System Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating the between different stakeholders including but not limited to IT, digital and finance.
Key Accountabilities Include:
▪ To collaborate and analyze requirements from the different teams within Loyalty and share the requirements to the IT teams.
▪ Assist with reviewing and refining the guidelines and templates for the project planning and tracking approach, ensuring they meet the project needs and contribute to its successful execution.
▪ Assist with defining and maintaining the work breakdown structure of the project with relevant stakeholders to remain up to date on status over time
▪ Stay up-to date on the latest IT advancements in collaborations with IT team and suggest solutions to enhance existing systems and to implement new systems.
▪ Facilitate/organize workshops for relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure adequate understanding of the usage and functions of the new system.
▪ Monitor and escalate risks to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner and propose mitigation plan.
▪ Coordinate quality control throughout the project life cycle by maintaining delivery timelines, mitigating project risks ensuring effective change management

Qualifications
About You
We are hiring for an experienced professional to join our Loyalty team.
Essential
▪ Basic understanding of Loyalty as a business.
▪ Exposure to systems scoping, review and usage analysis.
▪ Ability and confidence to present to work stream leads and management.
▪ Ability to foresee potential risk and blockers for project delivery.
Preferred
▪ Formal training and certification on project management a principle/framework.
▪ Understanding and experience in Agile way of product development
▪ Excellent knowledge and experience in preparing business requirement documents and performing manual software testing.
▪ Good knowledge and experience in process analysis, gap analysis and mapping of business processes to IT system processes
