The Talent and Performance Analyst will support the Corporate Talent team by analyzing and reporting data across multiple talent programs. Responsibilities include helping to define KPIs, procuring reports, identifying trends, creating presentations, developing dashboards, and tracking progress. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other data analysis tools is essential, along with leveraging AI techniques. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with 2-3 years of data analysis experience, eager to contribute to our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

    Run and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support talent management initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data.Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve talent programs.Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress across various talent initiatives.Create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate data findings and insights to stakeholders, utilizing PowerPoint and other visualization tools.Identify, define, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of talent programs.Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance data analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and generate insights.Support the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and tools, recommending and implementing best practices for data management.Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies for talent management, contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the team.Ensure proper data governance and management practices are followed, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications

    Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; experience with other data analysis tools is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with talent management processes and metrics is preferred.Experience with AI tools and techniques for data analysis is highly desirable.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
