Job Title: Bench Level Avionics Technician - Secret ClearanceJob Description- We are seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in assembling wire harnesses for various military aircraft upgrades.
- Perform bench work in the Avionics Backshop.
- Fabricate coaxial cables, ethernet cables, and various specialty wire harnesses.
- Terminate various connectors and spot tie harnesses.
- Work may include transferring to the hangar floor for specific airframes such as U-28, C-147, C-146, C-145, and A-29.
Essential Skills- 3+ years of avionics experience.
- Proficiency in wire harness assembly.
- Experience with terminating different types of connectors.
- Must own tools with the toolbox shadowed and tools etched or colored by Day 1.
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
- FAA Drug Test and 7 Year Check compliance.

Work Environment
The position is based in a climate-controlled avionics backshop near the Centennial, CO Airport. The work is on a bench, primarily on the first shift from 6 am to 4:30 pm. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. The contract is long-term and open-ended, with the potential for permanent employment. Per diem is available for eligible candidates, and full medical benefits are provided through Aerotek.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
