* Experience using a microscope to assemble components
* Demonstrated visual acuity for microscope-based assembly work
* Background working with miniature precision devices and components
* Capability to perform tasks requiring precise hand-eye coordination
* Adaptability to changing part conditions during assembly processes
* Flexibility when working with detailed part inconsistencies
* Technical aptitude with strong attention to detail
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Experience working in an ISO or clean room environment
* Background assembling miniature parts into assemblies using a microscope
