* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* 3+ years of experience with Creo design
* 2+ years of experience with Windchill PLM/PDM
* 4+ years of experience creating finished 3D models
* 2+ years of experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
* 2+ years of experience with complex mechanical/electrical concepts
* 1+ year of experience in concept development
* 1+ year of experience in design review content preparation
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Model-Based Definition (MBD) experience Job Duties & Functions
* Designs major components, assemblies, and functional systems for mechanical applications
* Develops layouts, sketches, and preliminary design data to support engineering proposals
* Evaluates manufacturability, material selection, and structural efficiency of designs
* Coordinates design development activities with cross-functional engineering teams
* Creates detailed 3D models and engineering drawings for parts and assemblies
* Reviews design outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
* Identifies design errors, omissions, and improvement opportunities
