Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide student(s) with an experience in which to apply classroom theory, to gain practical industry and/or professional knowledge, to develop employer-valued skills, and to expose the student(s) to the environment and performance expectations of employers.
- Design and reproduced a mechanical device in SolidWorks
- Database creation and implementation
Education and Experience:
- Beginners experience level in the use of SolidWorks is beneficial for the position
- Course of study in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic use of hands tools and mechanical inclination
Skills and Abilities:
- • Basic knowledge of SolidWorks CAD modelling.
- • Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office programs is recommended.
- • Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles.
Physical Requirements:
• Requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
• Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, fingers while typing.
• May occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 10lbs.
