Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing machine development which included but is not limited to, feedback control experience such as troubleshooting, programming and system design experience.
- US Person per ITAR regulations and able to comply with export compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Has experience with NPI (New Product Introduction), a start-up facility, and/or a work transfer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Manufacturing Engineering in aerospace.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in addition to demonstrated commitment to customer service, supervision, estimating, safety and quality.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License desired Aerospace manufacturing construction experience Project Management Professional referred
- Experience in construction supervision and/or management Knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, the candidate should have experience with office and industrial manufacturing projects including new construction in a complex environment.
- Industrial construction experience of manufacturing facilities to include large move and relocation of such facilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling
- Strong analytical skills to assess critical path, project progress and potential impacts on overall project schedule. Identifies and anticipates technical problems and offers solutions.
- Sets challenging goals by identifying possible ways to improve performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively with team members, some located remotely, to communicate project plan and receive updates to maintain the project schedule
- Experience of transformational projects in a manufacturing environment or complex launch projects
Compensation Data
Salary Range: $84,048.00 - $105,059.00
