Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer in Saint Charles, MO. The Cruise Missile Systems Launch team is looking for an experienced electrical designer to work on the Advanced Harpoon Weapon Control System. These are Harpoon launch systems fielded on submarines, ships, and trucks all around the world.
Position Responsibilities:
Write detailed statements of work for proposals and construct estimates
Performing electrical drawing changes
Execute programs within schedule and budget
Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure suppliers deliver product to specifications and schedules, and systems perform according to expectations
Travel up to 10 of the time to international customers and to supplier sites for equipment installations, acceptance testing, technical support and program management reviews.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim U.S. secret clearance Pre Start and final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
10+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in working directly with international customers as well as U.S. based suppliers
Experience with export processes
Knowledge of electrical wiring and rack build up as well as troubleshooting of various issues
Experience with Siemens Teamcenter

Summary pay range: $143,650 - $194,350
