Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration and test solutions for in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems. Support system test activities by developing solutions that satisfy technical, schedule, and cost requirements. Perform integration, verification, validation, and analysis activities to ensure system performance and compliance with customer requirements.

* 6+ years of experience with Mechanical Testing
* Demonstrated proficiency in Software Development
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Experience with LabVIEW, LabWindows CVI, and National Instruments products in both development and maintenance environments
* Proficiency with C and C++ software development
* Experience integrating Automated Test Equipment hardware, including switches, VXI/PXI chassis, EO testing, and automation systems

* Maintain integration and testing solutions throughout the product lifecycle
* Synthesize customer contractual requirements into system test solutions
* Establish functional and technical specifications and standards
* Resolve hardware and software interface issues
* Define system input and output parameters
* Ensure integration of complete systems and subsystems
* Review and evaluate requirements for testability
* Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules
* Direct preparation and execution of subsystem and system-level testing
* Coordinate testing activities with programs and other organizations
* Analyze test results and assess system performance
* Prepare subsystem and system-level verification and validation reports
* Write discrepancy reports and document corrective actions
