The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an Experienced Supplier Quality Specialist to join our team in El Segundo, CA. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support for the BT&E supplier quality team and providing integrated supplier quality services across BT&E and ET&T.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Plan and conduct audits and assessments of suppliers systems, processes and products.
- Document and report audit and assessment results
- Inspect or verify products for compliance with requirements
- Assist with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work
- Provide supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives
- Resolve routine issues and concerns
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, or Supplier Quality Specialist
- 3+ years of experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100))
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel data analysis to include pivot tables and charts

Summary pay range: $94,350 - $127,650
