- We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our team in San Diego, CA.

- The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for the accomplishment of all work assigned in accordance with policies, procedures, requirements, and specifications established by applicable government agencies and manufacturers.
Responsibilities- Perform line maintenance (on-call and scheduled) work on various customers aircraft.
- Conduct routine maintenance and airworthiness releases returning aircraft to service.
- Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, engines, and associated components to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Troubleshoot systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components.
- Ensure all departing aircraft are safe and work performed is documented.
- Perform line maintenance duties and tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate and communicate with the air carrier’s maintenance control center as required.
Essential Skills- Current valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.
- 3+ years of line maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with Gen Fam A320 and A330.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, and use hand and finger dexterity.
- Capability to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
- Airport SIDA badge eligible.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Preferred experience on B767-200/300 aircraft types.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-facing skills and ability to interact professionally with flight crew.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision.

Work Environment
Work will be conducted at the San Diego International Airport flightline, involving exposure to weather conditions and non-weather conditions such as extreme heat or cold. The role requires working near moving mechanical parts and around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals, with exposure to loud noises.
Job Type & Location
This is a 6 month Contract position based out of San Diego, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
