* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Valid A&P License
* 10+ years of hands-on experience maintaining turboprop and light to medium jet aircraft with a thorough understanding of mechanical and flight systems
* CRJ experience (CRJ-200 preferred)
* Hands-on experience performing heavy checks on the CRJ Family aircraft
* Proficiency in sheet metal repairs and alterations, or ability to read and understand electrical prints and perform basic electrical troubleshooting
* Experience maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and related reports
* Proficiency using computerized maintenance tracking systems such as CAMP Systems, eBis, and FlightDocs
* Experience using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to train and mentor less experienced personnel
* Ownership of basic hand tools required for aircraft maintenance
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related program
* Leadership experience in a maintenance or aviation environment
* Background in avionics, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft electronic systems
* Experience working with composite materials using modern repair and fabrication techniques Job Duties & Functions
* Perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance in accordance with maintenance manual and company procedures
* Complete heavy maintenance tasks on turboprop and small to medium-sized jet aircraft
* Maintain accurate documentation for all maintenance actions, repairs, inspections, and related services
* Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
* Assist with general housekeeping duties as assigned
* Execute additional maintenance-related tasks as required to support operational needs Physical Requirements & Environment
* Stand, lie, and kneel in confined and awkward positions for extended periods
* Perform work on scaffolding or ladders as required
* Lift, pull, and maneuver objects weighing up to 75 pounds frequently
* Use manual dexterity and physical strength to operate tools and complete repairs
* Visually inspect aircraft and components for defects and irregularities
