Job Description

We are seeking skilled A&P mechanics to join our team in supporting routine scheduled maintenance, annual inspections, and repairing faulty components for corporate aircraft. Our fleet includes Embraer, Gulfstream, LearJet, and Hawkers, and the position involves both scheduled and some unscheduled maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine scheduled maintenance on corporate aircraft.
• Conduct annual inspections to ensure aircraft compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty components.
• Engage in unscheduled maintenance as required.
• Utilize hand tools and FAA manuals effectively for aircraft maintenance and repair.

• Hold a valid A&P License.
• Possess 2+ years of corporate aircraft experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in working with Embraer, Gulfstream, Hawker aircraft.
• Have the ability to troubleshoot and repair aircraft components.
• Be adept at using hand tools and understanding FAA manuals.

• Must provide own tools with toolbox; does not require etching, inventorying, shadowing.

This position starts as a 6-month contract with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role, offering a competitive pay increase based on performance. Work Environment

The role is based at a 145 repair station, offering a flexible schedule to accommodate both 1st and 2nd shifts. First shift options include Monday-Friday with hours from 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, and Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday from 6am-6pm. Second shift options are Monday-Thursday or Thursday-Saturday, with hours from 4pm-4am or 6pm-6am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Palm Beach, Florida.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $48.00/hr.
