Job Title: Aircraft MechanicJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our dynamic team. This role involves ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards and remain airworthy for operations. The successful candidate will proactively and reactively resolve maintenance issues, collaborate with the crew, and ensure compliance with all FAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Keep aircraft up to date with required maintenance.
- Aggressively fix known issues to maintain airworthiness.
- Proactively identify ways to keep the fleet operable.
- Reactively resolve issues with the crew promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and track aircraft efficiency and operation during flights.
- Ensure compliance with all FAA maintenance regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with the crew to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain organized maintenance records and documentation.
- Perform other related maintenance duties as required.
Essential Skills- Minimum of 2+ years work experience as an Aircraft Technician.
- 2+ years of corporate experience on Legacy 600/ERJ 135 or Lear aircraft.
- A License required.
- Proficiency in aviation software and maintenance management systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with high net worth clientele and their teams.
- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- A&P License preferred.
- Good tenure in previous roles, not frequent contract changes.
- Personal set of tools required.

Work Environment
The role involves working in a hangar environment, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Flexibility is required, as location and shift may change frequently. Travel to SDL, PHX, and other locations in Arizona is necessary depending on where the charter plane is based.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
