Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of helicopter blades. Your expertise in mechanical repair and blueprint interpretation will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Repair blades with precision and attention to detail.
• Read and interpret prints and schematics accurately.
• Complete sanding, cleaning, and blade-specific maintenance tasks.
• Properly record work performed on appropriate maintenance records.

• Proficient in overhaul, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical repair.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and quality control techniques.
• Experience in production, shipping & receiving, and maintenance technician roles.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• 2-year technical degree desired.
• Painting experience.
• Interest, experience, and training in aviation.
• Drafting and blueprint interpretation skills are desired.
• Reliable attendance and a self-starter mentality are required.
• Comfortable using various tools and equipment.

Work Environment

Work in a state-of-the-art helicopter blade repair facility where precision and safety are paramount. The environment is fast-paced yet supportive, requiring adherence to high standards of quality and performance.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
