* 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 3:30 PM) or 2nd Shift (3:48 PM - 12:18 AM) / Must be flexible to work either shift

* Valid A&P License
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 5+ years of recent heavy commercial maintenance experience on one or more of the following aircraft: B737, B737 MAX, B737NG, B747, B747-400, B747-8, B757, B767, B777, and B787 (No Assembly)
* 1+ year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience
* Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and various technical data, including Structural Repair Manuals (SRM), General Maintenance Manuals (GMM), etc.
* A valid Texas driver’s license to operate moving equipment and machinery
* Strong problem resolution and interpersonal communication skills required
* Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
* Supervise a crew of 20 or more employees and prioritize daily work requirements
* Remove and replace aircraft components using special tooling and ground support equipment
* Perform routine and non-routine maintenance assignments following written and verbal instructions
* Train and assist subordinates in proper work procedures and practices
* Perform as Relief Lead and assume Lead responsibilities in their absence
* Assign tasks to qualified Mechanics and Technicians according to work scope requirements
* Provide technical assistance to ensure maintenance is performed properly and meets quality standards
* Indoctrinate new personnel on safety precautions and workmanship standards
* Reinforce safety standards and quality expectations across the team
* Monitor task progress to maintain schedules and identify potential issues
* Document incomplete or delayed tasks with supporting details
* Collaborate with team members to address workflow concerns and resolve production risks
* Ensure maintenance is performed and recorded in accordance with company, customer, and FAA requirements
* Support proper tagging, handling, and preservation of parts and components
* Maintain housekeeping and safety practices within hangars and aircraft work areas
* Communicate safety policies, responsibilities, and operational updates to personnel
* Verify authorized personnel complete maintenance entries on required documentation
