You will be the Hardware Engineer for the PrSM team. Our team is responsible for supporting proposal efforts across PrSM program increments, ensuring accurate cost estimates and effective project planning.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for drafting Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for proposals, providing cost estimates for effort required to complete work defined in RFP statements of work. You will work closely with multiple proposal teams to meet timelines and coordinate with stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:
•Drafting BOEs for proposals to provide accurate cost estimates
•Coordinating with proposal teams to meet required timelines
•Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure estimates cover the scope of effort
•Utilizing past actuals to predict future work and inform estimates

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
-Prior experience working proposals
-Prior experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
-Experience on a development program as an individual contributor or lead through the design cycle of mechanical or electro-mechanical systems
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
-Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
-Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
Desired Skills:
-Prior experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
-Past experience leading technical teams
-Proficient use of Windchill and PTC CREO
-Current SECRET security clearance with investigation in the past 5 years
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
