Join a leading global industrial group with expertise in energy, logistics, infrastructure, industrial machinery, aerospace, and defense. Work in a massive, climate-controlled hangar in Tucson, Arizona, where our team is rapidly expanding with new maintenance lines on CRJ aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, install/remove, and inspect CRJ aircraft components.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, service bulletins, air directives, and repairs.
- Execute occasional modifications and upgrades on aircraft.
- Fabricate and modify structural modifications on aircraft parts.
Essential Skills- Minimum of 3 years of structural sheet metal repair and modification experience.
- Airframe (A) License required.
- Experience with CRJ airframes preferred.
- Corporate jet or commercial aircraft experience preferred.
- MRO/Heavy Maintenance experience preferred.
- Military aircraft maintenance experience a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- A&P License preferred.
- Basic set of tools required.
- Must pass a structures test before starting.

Work Environment
Work in a temperature-controlled environment, with 12-hour shifts on a flexible schedule of 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off. Enjoy the possibility of overtime every other week, and a contract with 90-day reviews offering potential for permanent placement based on performance.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
