We will entrust you toDevelop the ACMI business and deliver the defined ACMI sales targets
Build and maintain successful cooperation with various stakeholders — airlines, brokers, etc.
Negotiate commercial ACMI contracts
Monitor industry trends, spanet demand, and competitor offerings, and identify new partnership opportunities
Participate in the development and implementation of the ACMI sales strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ACMI contracts
Represent airBaltic at client meetings and industry events
What you will need to succeedExperience in ACMI, charter, or aviation sales (ideally 3+ years)
Knowledge of the ACMI customer landscape and sales process
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
A proactive, results oriented and strategic mindset
Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
