JOB SUMMARY:

The Associate Projects Manager provides critical business support to the maintenance operation post aircraft arrival through completion of services. This role will support coordinatization of all customer requirements associated with planned work scope and supporting communication with customer, including assisting with issue resolution and acting as back up to the Customer Project Manager. The project manager works collaboratly with operations to ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Additionally, the role is responsible to track and analyze accurate invoicing for services provided. This position will also monitor project schedules and budgets. This position has the potential to dramatically impact customer satisfaction depending on how sensitive issues are handled and resolved. The Associate Project Manager reports to the General Manager.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Assists in the interpretation and ensures contract requirements are fulfilled and accounted for in the financials. Ensures that cost and selling prices are accurate to the standard pricing for Dassault Falcon Jet MROs.
  • Assists in all activities needed to meet commitments and monitors hours applied to the work scope to insure alignment with proposal.
  • Ensures milestones are at the proposal acceptance and ensures the work scope remains on track and develops recovery plans when needed.
  • Communicates and collaborates with all interfacing departments as necessary to insure the smooth and efficient execution of the work scope.
  • Monitors pricing and pricing policies and provides recommendations for program pricing issues and supports the administration of warranty claims.
  • Participates in the pre-arrival, customer arrival briefing, and departure debrief meetings.
  • Monitors the processing of the aircraft work order to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Assist in documenting/coordinating/billing of work arising from debrief and/or the inspection and maintenance of the aircraft.
  • Assists departments to ensure the aircraft is returned to the customer on time, on budget, free of discrepancies and clean.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the General Manager (financial analysis, overhead analysis, capital expenditures, proposal analysis)
  • will be responsible for analyzing the budgets on proposals and tracking actuals to budgets during the duration of the work order
  • Coordinates with various functional departments to ensure achievement of operations objectives
  • Drives adherence to daily production plans and targets by interacting with appropriate management
  • Maintains historical data of performance to schedules, budgets and quality indicators
  • Analyzes methods used and bring about improvements to reduce man-hours and flow time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Financial Acumen
• 2 years of experience in business analysis ( i.e spanet, financial or production analysis.)
• Maintenance Experience on corporate aircraft
• Proven ability to organize, manage and follow up on complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Access and Project)
• Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, technicians, and customers in a business-like professional manner.
