Purpose of Position

The Brand Merchandising Manager, Senior weaves strategy and aesthetic vision into a seasonal approach for NetJets branded gifting. This individual considers team member input, NetJets brand guidelines, budget, and marketplace trends to curate a gifting assortment for NetJets customers and employees. This Brand Merchandising Manager, Senior will also conduct trend work and source products across vendors, using previous year and business analytics data as a foundation for buys. This role partners with brand creative designers, project managers, and logistics experts to ensure that customers and employees feel the complete NetJets luxury brand experience with every gift.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Develop yearly approach for NetJets gifting, inclusive of tactics, themes, milestones and kitting assortment.
Attend select merchandise marts, work with key vendors, and conduct online trend research to gain inspiration for the brands, suppliers, and products that should make up the NetJets gifting assortment.
Working with the brand designers, establish and maintain guidelines for branding gifting items, and characteristics of brands that align with the NetJets gifting program.

Highly collaborative and comfortable working across a number of different departments and with various skill sets.-Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, shift priorities, and work in a dynamic environment
Agency or luxury brand experience preferred
