Tasks
As part of a motivated team, you will take on exciting tasks:
Performance Management:
- Develop commercial strategies, to maximize revenue, profitability, and spanet share.
- Support local sales units to execute their business plans.
- Monitor sales performance and revenue targets, to drive consistent business growth.
- Identify and pursue new spanet opportunities, to expand business reach and customer base.
- Build bridges between local sales units and central functions, to ensure collaborative success.
Project- und Process Management:
- Participate in or lead projects, e.g. contributing to digital sales transformation or conceptual development of sales steering processes.
- Establish and optimize processes and workflows, to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements
If the following points describe you, we are looking exactly for you!
- You have University degree in economics, industrial engineering, business information systems, or related field, preferably with an aviation/logistics focus
- You have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in commercial management, sales steering or business development
- You have strong analytical skills with practical experience using tools like Excel, SQL and Power BI
- You have strong communication skills as well as a high level of persuasiveness and assertiveness
- You have a high drive to set impulses and enjoy supporting others in achieving their goals
- You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
