Role PurposeTo effectively organize, coordinate, and monitor all activities with other departments to ensure a smooth and timely lease audit of the aircraft. Evaluate, plan, recommend, and finalize aircraft end-of-lease matters in accordance with the Lease Agreement to meet the return/redelivery conditions as mutually agreed with the lessors or new buyers, and within the allocated budget.
Key Accountability- Monitor and oversee the activities performed by Redelivery Records Officers to ensure all technical documents and records are properly organized, prepared, and packed to meet redelivery requirements.
- Effectively coordinate and monitor all activities with other departments to ensure a smooth and timely redelivery of the aircraft. Evaluate, plan, recommend, and finalize aircraft end-of-lease in line with the Lease Agreement.
- Study and evaluate lease agreement terms and provide recommendations. Coordinate meetings and arrangements for aircraft acceptance and redelivery. Meet with suppliers to negotiate outsourcing services and support.
- Monitor aircraft check progress and update the lessor on status. Coordinate aircraft inspections for redelivery.
- Conduct planned audits of relevant work areas in Aircraft Records & Redelivery to ensure compliance with requirements and procedures.
- Communicate with lessors to ensure redelivery requirements are met, including aircraft and component readiness.
- Support annual audits by aircraft lessors, ensuring physical aircraft and updated records/statements are available.
Qualifications & Working Experience- Diploma in Engineering or related field; or
- SPM with Cat A or higher approval and strong technical knowledge of aircraft.
- 2 years of working experience in aircraft records or related aviation work environment, including CAMO planning, Malaysia Airlines fleet checks, and 3rd party aircraft maintenance production control.
Skills & Knowledge- Proficient in understanding aircraft technical terms and engineering documentation, including manuals and company procedures.
- Familiar with aircraft types and maintenance programs.
- Proficient in technical documentation software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF editors, and Microsoft Project.
- Knowledgeable in EASA / FAA Part 145 and Part M requirements.
