Role PurposeOptimize MH network revenue and profitability by spaneting MH freighter and belly capacity to interline partners as well as formulate, establish and manage trucking services worldwide.
Key AccountabilityEvaluate and propose for collaboration either on Joint Ventures, Block Space, SPA or trucking arrangement with the objective to optimize MK revenue and expand MK reach to beyond MH online services.Market the available capacity on MH and on other carrier thru SPA and trucking arrangement for revenue enhancement.Optimize MH network revenue and profitability by focusing on yield management.Analyse spanet demand and to propose for additional/reduction in capacity with the objective to improve profitability/reduce loss. Coordinate with Group Procurement on the trucking vendor appointment worldwide with acceptable trucking cost without compromising service standard to ensure maximum gain on network contribution.Qualifications & Working ExperienceDegree in related field with 7 years of working experience in Aviation/Logistics, and/or High school certificate (SPM/STPM) with 10 years of working experience in Aviation/Logistic.7 years in air cargo/logistic.3 years in middle management role.Areas of ExperienceInterline, Alliances & Partners.Sales & Business Development.Revenue Management.Charter Services.Capacity Management.Administrative.Personality TraitsCreative and problem solving.Prompt in making decision.Taking calculated risk.Good communication skill.Approachable.Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
