Role PurposeThis position is responsible for managing and implementing SWP and Human Capital strategies to optimize manpower alignment with organizational goals.
Key Accountability- Manage and implement the Strategic Workforce Planning and Human Capital strategies, covering Group-wide manpower requirements and optimisation, effective organisation design and HC policies to support business strategic objectives and growth.
- Develop the overall Groups manpower strategy, providing analysis of the HR Business Plan, manpower planning and managing all issues related to manpower strategy.
- Facilitate effective organisation design and setup towards the optimisation of manpower, supporting current and future group strategies and business ventures.
- Plan and implement future and long-term manpower requirements in terms of numbers, required skills and competencies to support the Groups strategic business objectives.
- Prepare projections of manpower requirements for respective Profit Centres.
- Facilitate and monitor Group-wide annual promotion activities for both technical and non-technical positions to ensure compliance.
- Work collaboratively with business team members to provide leadership, ensure structural alignment, and build synergies across businesses.
- Direct, control and ensure the effective management of the Group HR Business Plan and accurate HR reporting and analysis with proper record keeping.
- Continuously review and monitor the Human Capital policies, to meet evolving business and operational needs.
- Ensure that established governance, control, and policy-related matters are properly communicated and executed within Divisions, supporting HR planning and reporting processes.
Qualifications & Working Experience- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field with minimum of 5-8 years of experience in workforce planning, human capital management, or strategic HR roles.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Proficiency in workforce planning tools, HRIS systems, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed organizational environment.
