This role is critical in helping brand partners drive measurable results through sponsored placements, display ads, paid search, and other retail media formats within our owned and operated channels.
Responsibilities:Responsible for the planning, building, and execution of media plans across our platforms, including digital, in-flight entertainment, and lounges.Manage concurrently multiple campaigns to projected timelines and provide frequent updates to the respective internal stakeholders Lead the execution and campaign management of media plans through trafficking and reporting for all campaign initiatives.Collaborate with brand partners, category teams, and internal stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into effective campaign strategies.Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization using first-party data and retail analytics to maximize performance.Monitor KPIs such as total impressions, conversion rate, CTR, and incrementality; prepare post-campaign reporting and insights for stakeholders.Work with cross-functional teams including ad ops, analytics, and creative, to ensure seamless execution.Stay up to date on trends in retail media, ad tech, and shopper spaneting to inform innovative strategies.Leveraging data, assist the wider team in identifying gaps and work cohesively with stakeholders to develop responsive strategies Thoroughly evaluate media campaigns to identify key spanet insights and areas for improvement
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, eCommerce spaneting, or media planning.Proficiency in ad campaign tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, DV360, Meta Ads Manager).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to learn and grasp new technologies and tools Experience working with tight timelines in a dynamic and fast paced environment Enjoys collaboration and teamwork
