Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Program Manager to oversee recruitment operations at our Manchester facility. This role involves managing end-to-end candidate processes, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The position requires occasional travel to other STS locations across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Operations:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR to issue employment offers and contracts.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies to meet business needs.
Team and Stakeholder Management:
- Mentor and support recruitment team members.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor candidate submissions and communications.
Systems and Data Management:
- Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure accurate and compliant data management.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Develop talent pools aligned with business priorities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes.
- Act as a brand ambassador to enhance candidate experience.
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in recruitment.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in aviation or manufacturing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment technologies.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with veteran recruitment is advantageous.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Eligibility to obtain airside passes and complete security vetting (SC).
