Position SummarySupports the planning, coordination, and delivery of MAGCS training programs to ensure employee competency and compliance. Maintains accurate records, audit readiness, and contributes to continuous improvement and trainer development.
Key Accountability- Coordinate training programs, schedules, logistics, and attendance.
- Maintain training records and prepare documents for audits.
- Support compliance with CAAM, HRDC, and MAGCS requirements.
- Assist in TNA, feedback collection, and training evaluation.
- Support trainer performance monitoring and development.
- Administer LMS and HRDC systems.
- Manage HRDC applications and claims.
- Conduct training sessions when required.
- Update training materials and assessments.
- Work with internal teams, external partners, and regulators.
- Ensure training activities meet safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Working Experience- Degree with 2 years’ aviation experience, Diploma with 3 years, or SPM with 5 years.
- HRDC TTT certification preferred.
- Experience in training coordination or delivery
Skills & Competencies- Knowledge of aviation operations.
- Strong organisation and documentation skills.
- Good communication in English and BM.
- Able to work independently with professionalism and integrity.
