Description: You will be the Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain for the Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive business growth, improve program performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of supply chain professionals and driving strategic initiatives that support our Air Dominance and Strike Weapons portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our global supply chain, leveraging your expertise to drive continuous improvement and accelerate business results.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Leading a team of supply chain leaders and professionals to manage complex subcontractors and develop strategic partnerships
•Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that support program performance and financial objectives
•Identifying and executing initiatives to drive continuous improvement and accelerate business results
•Collaborating with MFC leadership, customers, and suppliers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored secret is required to start.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
