We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic commercial leader to join our NPSD (Network Passenger Sales Development) team as Vice President Global Business Travel.
The Vice President for Global Business Travel will define, implement and manage the Emirates Global Business and Corporate sales strategy, translating into measurable objectives and actionable plans that deliver sustainable growth. Work closely with the Commercial teams to ensure channel and segment objectives are achieved globally and balancing regional priorities and point-of-sale objectives.
In this role, you will:
- Develop the strategy for the Global Business and Corporate channel, ensuring alignment across Commercial and global operations, to achieve channel and segment KPIs.
- Strategically manage client portfolios to grow global corporate key accounts, identifying potential clients, optimising existing accounts, risk diversification, negotiations and contracting.
- Lead a Business Travel Centre of Excellence, ensuring the strategy identifies and maximises revenue generation opportunities for Emirates Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) and diverse markets, e.g. marine, oil & gas.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with Global Travel Management Companies (TMCs), and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME).
- Promote and grow Emirates Business Rewards as a leading SME incentive programme, engaging Global Sales teams
