We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic technology leader to join our NPSD (Network Passenger Sales Development) team as Vice President NPSD Technology Data & Analytics.
The Vice President NPSD Technology Data & Analytics will provide visionary leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to enable data-driven sales innovation, to drive the NPSD strategy. Drive optimisation and automation of sales processes, integrating advanced technology solutions, improving decision-making through data insights, and managing the implementation of distribution technologies and B2B platforms.
In this role, you will:
- Develop the strategic framework and comprehensive roadmaps, to drive modernisation and deploy next-generation distribution technologies and B2B platforms, whilst focused on continuous improvement of sales strategies, processes and data driven challenges.
- Lead a high performing team and vendor collaboration to implement AI/ML-driven solutions, automation, cutting-edge data analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies, to deliver innovative, efficient solutions, to enhance the user experience of the existing sales infrastructure, e.g. CRM enhancements, advanced reporting, lead management systems.
- Identify improvement areas that align with rapidly evolving trends and leverage the Electronic Data Processing [EDP] to deliver to deliver scalable, agile, and future-ready tools and solutions, that enhance productivity, customer experience, maximise revenue potential, and provide critical insights for sales.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at Senior levels, to understand their needs and identify opportunities to drive growth through data and technology, working with technology providers, overseeing Request for Anything [RfX], contract negotiations, and financial planning.
- Represent NPSD in Executive forums, providing strategic guidance on data-driven decision-making.
- Establish a governance framework to ensure effective management of data assets.
- Lead contingency planning and disaster recovery for EDP products to support sales, with a focus on risk mitigation and ensuring seamless business continuity.
