* Bachelor's degree and typically 6 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Possess 6 or more years of related work experience
* Complete required OJT or formal classroom training as a condition of assignment
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

* Create and maintain engineering performance metrics
* Integrate modular tooling
* Analyze current and future business environments and develop forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources
* Develop and maintain complex Business System factory definitions for manufacturing planning
* Generate labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages utilizing labor standards and design reviews
* Monitor operational performance metrics
* Participate in the development of integrated production and tooling master schedules
* Identify and implement process improvements utilizing established improvement methodologies
* Analyze changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events
* Assess impacts of changes on cost, schedule, resources, and delivery commitments
* Develop modifications to existing plans and obtain approval for plan changes
* Participate in negotiations supporting schedule commitments and statement of work impacts
* Develop, implement, maintain, and update integrated shop operating plans to maximize equipment and personnel efficiency
