Tasks
As an Air Freight Expert (m/f/d), youll play a key role in tackling exciting and impactful challenges with us:
- Managing the documentation for air freight shipments in both import and export sectors
- Overseeing the logistics and documentation of specialized cargo, such as dangerous goods and airmail
- Evaluating and processing operational data on a routine basis
- Serving as the main point of contact for our customers
- Handling billing activities specific to the division
- Utilizing various internal IT systems and Office applications to support operation

Requirements
Are you a team player who likes to jump in at the deep end? Then take a look at the following requirements:
- Completed vocational training (ideally in freight forwarding or logistics) and practical experience in air freight/logistics
- Knowledge of customs law, aviation security and dangerous goods as well as experience in the documentary handling of air freight shipments or in airline handling are an advantage
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused way of working and a high level of service orientation
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
