Qatar Airways (QR) is delighted to be recruiting for the role of Commercial Business Intelligence (CBI) Coordinator.
Based in Rome, you will work alongside a dynamic team, responsible for the achievement of challenging revenue targets. You will continuously monitor and communicate business performance and identify areas of business improvement, working closely with stakeholders to embed best Sales practice.
Specific accountabilities include:
Conduct detailed analysis on fare proposals and establish competitive spanet fares to support the regions revenue, traffic and yield objectives.
Evaluate spanet fares for new destinations outside the established QR network based on feedback from Sales and other business stakeholders.
Keep abreast of changing spanet and economic trends and evaluate impact on QR’s competitiveness in the spanet.
Maintain records of all approved deals and distribution for reference and audit purposes.
Update rules and conditions to the local Sales team for approved fares.
Revenue reporting on flown/ticketed revenue, MIDT and DDS data, forward bookings.
Continuous review of spanet and economic trends to contextualise QR’s spanet share performance.
Perform spanet trend analysis to identify spanet opportunities and remedial actions to improve poor performing routes.
Perform analysis to highlight upsell opportunities to capitalize on high demand flights.
Handle internal queries of fares/rules to support the Sales department on specific requests.
Support key company strategies including Doha point to point traffic, Premium and Digital Penetration
Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience in manipulating and deriving insights from data and submitting actionable recommendations to management an advantage
PC literate with advanced knowledge of Word / Powerpoint / Excel / Outlook
Fluent Italian and English skills
Industry experience is advantageous but not essential, it is most important to have a positive attitude with an appetite to learn, develop and contribute within one of Qatar Airways’ key strategic teams
