About the role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our Customer Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling a data-driven customer experience by delivering data solutions to ensure clean, actionable customer data across all customer touch-points. The ideal candidate should have a strong background for in-depth data analysis, particularly in using Google BigQuery, and will be responsible for ensuring quality data is available on-time with highest level accuracy to support business decisions. Other operational duties would include:
Perform data analysis using SQL and BigQuery to clean, transform and analyze large datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
Be able to articulate actionable insights from customer data to drive business strategies and that will generate positive impact to customer experiences.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and datasets.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and insights to promote innovation in data analytics practices.
Experience in airline services ecosystem & business model is an added advantage.
Design and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that effectively communicate key insights and metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for data engineering, quality assurance, and performance analysis.
Support the team in ensuring data management, governance, and quality standards across the organization are met.
Support the implementation of ETL processes, data models, and data pipelines to ensure data is clean, accurate, and available.
Effectively communicate with all stakeholders major updates and news concerning creation of new dataset, development of new dashboards, new analytical enhancements, system fault, etc.
Address requests and users stories for development of new dashboards and/or enhancing/changing existing ones in order to develop analytical tools that fully satisfy needs of all commercial stakeholders involved
Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure optimal performance of the analytical platform.
Improve existing processes within the team and the organization which involves data and analytics tools.

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the team.
At least hold a Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the airline or travel industry focusing on digital platforms technology & customer experience.
Proven experience in analytical and problem-solving experiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide the most effective & efficient data & analytics solutions.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services related to data storage, processing, and analytics especially in BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataplex.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques experiences using Google BigQuery.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI or Google Data Studio is an added advantage.
Proficient in any of the following programming languages SQL, R, Python or data transformation tool (ex. Alteryx).
