Job Title: GSE Mechanic / Facilities Technician
Job DescriptionIn this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the daily repairs, upkeep, troubleshooting, and general maintenance of the facility and equipment required for operations. You will ensure all building, system, and equipment maintenance are completed so that all systems remain operational.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute routine building maintenance.
- Manage and handle vendor contracts, including those for various maintenance items, activities, and tasks.
- Coordinate and perform site safety programs, ensuring safety policies are maintained.
- Ensure the efficiency and operational capacity of the buildings.
- Ensure all maintenance processes and procedures are safe, and compliance programs are met.
- Handle the facility’s planning, space allocations, and cost estimations for equipment and the facility.
- Develop facility maintenance schedules while managing and resolving all maintenance issues.
Essential Skills- Proficiency in diesel, troubleshooting, electrical, ground support equipment, preventive maintenance, and hydraulics.
- Experience with heavy equipment such as skid steers, forklifts, or other hydraulic tractors.
- Experience with aircraft and aerospace or ground support equipment (AGE/GSE) or similar.
- Working understanding of electrical systems, HVAC systems, carpentry, and various mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of purchasing, supplies, groundskeeping, and equipment repair.
- Basic understanding of fire alarms, plumbing, and other facility-related systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Prior GSE Mechanic experience is highly desired.

The pay range for this position is $47500.00 - $54000.00/yr.
