About the role
You are a hands-on HR professional with experience in onboarding, employee relations, and data management. You’re comfortable working in a hotel operations environment and able to handle day-to-day HR tasks with minimal supervision. Additionally, the role ensures adherence to employment laws, internal policies and industry standards in its practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of the recruitment process as per Oryx Airport Hotel and Qatar Airways Standards by coordinating with Talent Acquisition team to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner and with the most suitable candidate.
- Conduct the Human Resources Orientation for new joiners to ensure they are familiar with the company policies, rules and regulations.
- First point of contact for employees for any HR advice and guidance to align behaviors and practices with the Hotel performance expectations and standards.
- Monitor and carry out disciplinary activities alongside the manager, including conducting investigation hearings, drafting of reports and making recommendation with the approval of the management to ensure corrective actions are taken in line with the disciplinary policy.
- Coordinate with Dhiafatina Management and HRBP team for employee welfare activities to ensure increased Employee satisfaction while off duty.
- Coordinate with and support the facilities department with the Employee housing related inquiries to ensure increased Employee Satisfaction.
- Manage all administrative aspects including but not limited to recruitment, joining, resignation or termination by liaising with relevant departments to ensure that processes are time actioned.
- Conduct exit interviews with leavers to understand the reason behind their decision to leave and address Employee dissatisfaction and concerns.
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
- Minimum 2 years of job-related experience in airline/hotel industry.
- Full proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
