About the role
Responsible for recommending and applying body conditioning treatments and massages to the Guests or leisure club members.
Key accountabilities include:
- Meets customer needs and requirements with regards to their massage therapy procedure
- Administer steam or dry heat, ultraviolet, infrared or water treatments on request of customer
- Provide directions to clients in activities such as reducing or remedial exercises
- Record treatments furnished to customers
- Ensure that treatment rooms are tidy and all the items available e.g. towels, candles, oils, etc.
- Aware of how to make reservation for massage and other treatment packages
- Perform duties in a professional manner to the full satisfaction of the Guests
- Understand the club facilities and the price of memberships
- Observe high standards of personal hygiene
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
- Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications
About you
- High School Qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10, min compulsory education)
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Relevant diploma in massage techniques and therapies
- Experienced - minimum 2 years of job-related experience required
- Previous experiences in the same position within the international hotel or recreation centre environment
