As the Skills Development Partner - Business & Career Development Skills your role will be to provide strategic support to the business through the development and delivery of future-focused business and career development learning solutions, aligned to Emirates Group values and the employee experience.
In this role, you will:
- Support Strategic Business Partners, and Stakeholders in the creation and implementation of solutions to address critical and strategic business needs.
- Facilitate dynamic experiences through both digital and traditional delivery of learning solutions.
- Collaborate with Digital Experience Production team to seek digital integration in new and revised solution output.
- Deliver a learning experience which meets Emirates Group standard as set out by Learning Experience Standards.
- Engage in opportunities to continually strengthen facilitation skills.
- Curate dynamic, digitally focused strategic learning paths.
- Create and promote social learning solutions and advocate a learning culture in the Group.
- Apply high Impact Evaluation guidelines in consistently mapping impact and measurement tools in all solutions.
- Continually seek opportunities to enhance business acumen.
- Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
Specific to Language Skills Training:
- Design and deliver EFL curriculum aligned to Business and Emiratisation strategy requirements
- Design and administer EFL assessment tools in support of EK Group recruitment
