The Boeing Company’s Information Digital Technology & Security (ITD&S) organization is currently seeking a Software Developer (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in Renton, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Kent, WA; or Seattle, WA.
Join our team as a Software Developer on the Offer to Cash product team, where you will play a key role in shaping products and services that enhance estimating and pricing business processes! Position Responsibilities:
Lead analysis of end user processes to define application requirements
Ensure that application integrates with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools
Develop algorithms, data and process models, plan interfaces and write interface control documents for use in construction of solutions of high complexity
Understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area
See and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
Modify or upgrade complex applications to maintain functionality and performance
Identify and recommend improvements
Identify and resolve complex programming or application architecture problem
Help with end user training and demonstrates the ability to interact with customers to provide guidance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in leading technical teams
3+ years of experience working with relational database management systems (Exadata, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server)
3+ years of experience in software programming with C, C++, C, .NET coding, debug, and development
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in the aerospace domain
Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web API, SOAP Services
Experience in web hosting technologies/tools
Experience in user-focused design and UI/UX
Experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration
Experience in using any CICD tools like Jenkins, Jogo, Artifactory, etc.
Experience with any of the ALM tools (e.g.: GitLab, TFS, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, ClearCase, SVN, etc.)

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $93,500 – $135,700,
Summary pay range for Senior: $113,900 – $164,450
