Job Title: TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Technician to service aircraft galley systems and related products onsite at an aircraft manufacturing factory. As part of a small team, you will represent our company, providing support for maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting issues identified by the customer. You will work closely with the customer to repair and find solutions.
Responsibilities- Utilize hand tools and schematics to perform tasks.
- Coordinate with partners and managers to develop and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems effectively.
- Repair metal and plastic panels, wiring, and mechanical components.
- Use both hand tools and power tools for various tasks.
Essential Skills- Proficiency in repair, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and assembly skills.
- Experience with service, hand tools, blueprints, and installations.
- Familiarity with aircraft, aviation, and Boeing systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- At least 1 year of experience in building or repairing electromechanical products or related schooling in an Aviation or Aerospace environment.
- Experience using computers for work orders, notes, and progress updates.
- Eligibility for a Boeing badge.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred experience in aircraft/aviation and electrical theory and repair.

Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is Monday-Friday with a day shift for the first 2-3 months (0630 - 1530), transitioning to a long-term schedule of either the same day shift or 2pm - 10pm Monday-Friday, with rotating on-call coverage every third weekend. As part of a small team of four, you will be fully integrated into the factory environment. Occasionally, you may need to travel to other locations for day projects. This role requires adaptability to accommodate the client’s schedule and requests, which may sometimes seem unconventional. Downtime is possible due to the aircraft production schedule, and early departures may be possible once tasks are completed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
