Tasks
What does a day as Warehouse Foreman look like:
- Oversees the physical acceptance of cargo by warehouse agents, ensuring R4C and security inspection according to LCAG requirements and local authorities and performs the same as needed
- Ensures the efficient storage of general cargo and dangerous goods cargo
- Ensures the build-up process according to aircraft type, priority of the booking and safety regulation
- Weighs ULD/Trolley, signs ULD tag and coordinates with office agent senior
- Oversees the physical breakdown process of import cargo, inspection and delivery to customers by warehouse agents and performs the same as needed
- Reports irregularities (missing, damages, …) and non-declared DGR
- Works according to documented CHM and GOM procedures
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

- High school diploma/GED desirable
- Experience in warehouse handling favored
- Air Cargo experience required
- Fluency in English and other language required
- Qualification according to CHM / GOM required
- Computer literate as user
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Work well under time pressure
- Manage stress effectively
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Noise pollution
- Outdoor weather conditions
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S
