Job Description:

Tasks

  • Acquiring new customers, and perform cross- and up-selling for the existing portfolio
  • Identify and create global opportunities
  • Develop solutions, present value propositions, and negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, and Procurement to ensure feasibility
  • Create Business Plans, prepare offers, obtain internal approvals
  • Respond to RFP and send out commercial proposals
  • Continuous improvement - personally and professionally for team success
  • Represent Spairliners at Trade Shows, MRO events, and Conferences
  • Conduct regular international customer visits

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ sales experience, with a track record of delivering sales in an Aircraft MRO environment
  • Completed business / technical Bachelor, Master, or equivalent – ideally aerospace related
  • Strong proven track record in Sales
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills required
  • Fluent in English required, and any other language is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office environment (especially MS Excel), CRM systems
  • Self-driven, autonomous, influential, reliable, direct, curious, and creative
  • Analytical skills required
  • You are good with people, nice to work with, and an outgoing type
  • You have a positive can-do attitude, communicate quickly, clearly, and on point
